Bathgonbury is basically a street party concocted by a few friendly neighbours within Wright Avenue in the hope that it will bring all the neighbours together for a day of bbq, music, fun, games and of course beer!
This forum is so everyone can discuss ideas and plan for the day on Saturday August 16th so regardless of how good the weather is, we all have a good day.
It is understood that everyone has their own dietary requirements be that vegetarian or carnivore and we can sort it all out within the forum so everyone is content on the day.
The plan is to have a bbq with drinks in the Wright avenue cul-de-sac from around 3pm with a bouncy castle not only for the kids but for the adults too. We hope to start off earlier with a game of rounders (to take us back to our youth) in the sports field next to the school (weather permitting).
BYO (Bring your Own) is the term of the day. food, drinks and feel free to invite some friends and family.
We really do hope everyone can get involved as it would be great to properly meet all our neighbours and maybe make this an annual thing.
